Enterprise Technical Advisor

We are seeking an Enterprise Technical Advisor to join our growing team. This role combines high-level technical consulting, sales engineering, and project oversight to ensure exceptional service delivery and drive the adoption of our cloud communication and IT management services

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Guidance – Provide expert recommendations on technical architecture, design, and best practices across Sherweb VoIP Marketplace solutions and Syncro RMM/PSA platform tools.

• Strategic Planning – Collaborate with leadership to define technical strategies, product roadmaps, and service enhancements that align with IMC’s growth goals.

• Pre-Sales Engineering – Support sales teams with technical expertise during client consultations, proposals, and solution design phases.

• Project Oversight – Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring technical projects to ensure successful delivery on time and within scope.

• Knowledge Sharing – Mentor internal teams and share industry best practices to strengthen organizational technical capabilities.

• Problem Solving – Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in collaboration with internal and vendor support teams.

• Continuous Learning – Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends, and vendor updates to maintain IMC’s competitive edge.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Defense, Information Assurance or a related field required

• Technical knowledge in VoIP, unified communications, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and RMM/PSA tools.

• Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical decision-making.

• Familiarity with Sherweb’s product suite and Syncro’s platform are highly desirable.
